Our aim is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return our products for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Before shipping any item, please contact us for a return authorization number. After receiving your return request, you will be issued a return authorization number. The cost of shipping back the item to us is on you. When we receive the item, your refund will be processed.
The refund process will take at least 19 business days.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
• Any item that is not in its original packaging and condition.
• Items that are opened and are not in resalable condition.
• Items that are damaged.
• Items that do not have the original receipt.
REFUNDS: Refunds will be processed to the same form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
EXCHANGE: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for an exchange authorization number. The cost of shipping the item back to us will be on you. Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange within 5 business days.
